Returns

As our products are handmade and delicate, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, fragrance preference, or personal choice.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs or an unboxing video of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

• Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product.

• Store credit.

• Partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
