- Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant and non-flammable surface.
- Keep candles away from curtains, paper, furniture and other flammable materials.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use for a cleaner and more even burn.
- Avoid burning the candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
- Keep candles away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture to prevent melting, fading or surface changes.
- Decorative candles may develop slight variations, frosting or minor surface imperfections due to the natural characteristics of wax. These are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
